I now get vss menu on MyEclipse10. However, when I clicked on anything, there is always an error message popped up saying:
An error occured
org/eclipse/ui/internal/ActiveEditorAction

When I looked at the Error Login, it complained that it

Problems occurred when involing code from plug-in "org.eclipse.jface".

It seems that jface does not like vss.

I am afraid this is a Eclipse 3.7 issue which you are seeing in MyEclipse 10 as it is based on Eclipse 3.7.
