I'm implementing the REST services tutorial and trying to test using the REST Web Services Explorer. When I try to run the explorer I get an error saying Cannot access WADL.

My project name is HelloWorldWeb. That is the only difference from my project and the tutorial project.
The url I'm using is http://localhost:8080/HelloWorldWeb/services/HelloWorldapplication.wadl

There are no errors in the .log file and the MyEclipse Tomcat server shows to be running successfully with the project. I've also tried the following urls to see if he REST service would respond
http://localhost:8080/HelloWorldWeb/services/customers/1
http://localhost:8080/HelloWorldWeb/services/customers
and I get an apache 404 error

What am I doing wrong?

I went back and implemented the tutorial, following the steps exactly and I'm getting the same error
