I am using MyEclipse since some years now. Same with JSF and Primefaces.
I am sure, in a previous release/project, the autocompletion for the Primefaces taglib worked fine.
But now, I don't get an autocompletion, nor a list of available attributes for an XHTML-Tag.

The namespace is ok, the application works as expected, but only the IDE does not ;)
I put the taglib also to the classpath and referencing to it from the web.xml but (of course) this does not effect the IDE.

So any clues how I get the taglib-support for Primefaces running in MyEclipse?

Sorry that you are seeing this issue with MyEclipse.

Can you answer some more questions for me to be able to replicate it at my end?

1) Which version of MyEclipse are you working with? Can you share your build id from Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench > Build Id ?

2) What was the previous version of MyEclipse you worked with?

3) Do you see any specific errors of interest logged in the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log when invoking the autocomplete on PrimeFaces tags?
If yes then paste them here for me.

Hi I had the same problem, but....

In my case -> MyEcplise -> Add JSF Capabilities (JSF 2.0) solved my problem.
