I saw that in the MyEclilpse dialog, it says that it will create DAO classes for Hibernate 3 only.

OK, I’m not a Hibernate Guru, but then how do you generate DAO classes for Hibernate 4?

Does MyEclipse not generate DAOs for Hibernate 4?

    Confusing.

    Thanks in advance .

    Mork,

Thank you for pointing it. The DAOs are generated for Hibernate 4 too.I have raised a PR for the dev team to update the UI accordingly.

    Sorry for inconvenience.

    Mork,

This issue has now been fixed in release 10.7. You can use the Configuration Center to update to 10.7. Alternatively download the MyEclipse or MyEclipse Blue installer from our download page. If you use MyEclipse for Spring or MyEclipse Bling, the installers for those editions won’t be available for a few weeks but the update from the Configuration Center should work.

    Thanks for reporting the issue.
