When the project is created localy and pushes to CVS the versioning works fine. However, when a project is pulled form CVS, some file version are present and some are not. It looks like any file residing in the root project directory keeps the correct version. If the file(s) with in directory, eclipse shows the file not to be managed by CVS therefore show no version of the file.

Any thoughts about what is causing this?

Thanks in advance

Moving to OT > soft dev, this is a Eclipse CVS question.

Incidentally I don't have any suggestions, you might try creating a new project and checking out the CVS project to make sure all the files in the project are from CVS to be positive that everything is under CVS control and you aren't just checking out some files ontop of an existing project.
