The subject of the UML editor feature has long since been on the table...

At one time you were mentioning evaluating the possibility of integrating MDE for UML. That suggested that you might have had more connection with Metanology than us, mere mortals...

Do you know anything about what is currently going on in Metanology?

They haven't been out with a new version for quite a while, and their offering is not compatible with anything above 3.0M8. Are they still doing anything? Can we expect to see anything from them which is compatible with at least 3.0.1, but preferably 3.1? :-)

I also saw a mention of Metanology on the Sparx webpage (creators of Enterprise Architect), which say that their toolkit is (or going to be) the core of Metanology (it was written as Metanology, no specific product). Would that mean that they are in some major rewriting?

Regards,

Robert,

Our talks with Metanology were preliminary and occured about a year ago so we don't know what's up with them these days.

As far as UML in MyEclipse goes, more information will come on this soon.
