MyEclipse Renewal Instructions
We appreciate your continued support for MyEclipse.
You can now renew your membership at any time through a number of options:
1. Directly though the MyEclipse Website:
This option is available is your current subscription will expire in 45 days. Please use the following steps:
a. Login to your account (individual or group) using your account credentials (ID and Password) provided in our upgrade notice last year.
b. Navigate to the "Buy" section
c. Select the "Renew Now" button
d. Update the "Quantity" field to make sure it matches the number of end users and subscription level (Standard or Pro).

e. Complete the payment process
You will receive a renewal key set to expire 12 months from current expiration date.
2. Manual Renewal:
You can also complete the manual credit card form (http://www.myeclipseide.com/images/PDF/fax_amx_form.pdf) if you are not able to process credit cards online. We also accept Purchase orders if you prefer to use this option. Please fax a copy of your purchase order to (+1) 214-853-4284.
3. Renewal Reminder Notices:
Our backend systems will begin issuing renewal reminder email notices 45 days prior to expiration date. These emails are sent to your registered email address with MyEclipse. Please check internally with your group if you have not seen this email and do not remember your login information. You do not need to follow this step if you can complete the renewal through options 1 and 2 above.
